An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. j333 reserves the right to impose an inactivity fee on dormant Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance at a rate specified in j333's Fee Schedule. Players will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before any inactivity fee is applied.
j333 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). j333 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match your j333 KYC documentation.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. j333 reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.

6.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for j333 bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the Bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.

7.1 All games offered on the j333 Platform operate according to the rules displayed within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the in-game rules, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game mechanics.
7.2 j333 uses independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. The outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and is not influenced by any prior outcomes, by j333, or by any third party.

11.2 j333's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of connected claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to j333 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 j333 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. j333 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance, emergency technical incidents, or force majeure events.
11.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. j333 does not guarantee any particular outcome from gameplay. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager.

12.2 You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting j333 support. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification and completion of any applicable AML review. 14.1 These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the j333 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligation.
